久しぶりに料理を習得したくなりました。
伝説の家政婦、タサン志麻さんの本が沢山出ているので、片っ端から作ってみたいな。
私の料理のベースは、祖母の小皿を沢山並べた食卓と、人生の暇な時間に全ページ作り上げた、和洋中の基礎料理本。
タサン志麻さんを知った事で、料理がまたワクワクするものになりました。嬉しいな。
